• Products purchased from the CASELM official website can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they are undamaged. Please read the refund policy for details.

• Goods must be in their original packaging and contain all original items. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If the returned item is part of a larger order, only the cost of the returned item will be refunded, not the entire order amount.
