To request a warranty replacement, please contact us and provide the following information:

• A photo of the damaged phone case or screen protector (Tip: Take the photo using your phone and a mirror)

• Proof of purchase/order reference number for the CASELM product

• Your complete mailing address and contact phone number so we can arrange shipment.

What does the warranty cover?

• Our warranty covers any damage to the device casing (excluding screen protectors), but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product, nor does it cover screen damage caused by using our product.

Can I still request a warranty replacement if I don't have proof of purchase?

• Unfortunately, if you did not purchase directly from CASELM and do not have proof of purchase, we cannot process a replacement for you.
